VERY SICK BABY DUCK!!!

I have a very sick baby duck. She is about a month to a month and a half old two days ago. She was moving around eating and drinking just fine and socializing yesterday she was acting a little off but was still eating and drinking today I had to pick her up out of her house bring her inside. She can’t hold her head up. Her belly feels a little bloated. Her beak is discolored and she is having a hard time keeping her eyes open and we don’t know what to do. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Has she been out where she may have eaten something toxic? Have you been supplementing their feed with any type of niacin? is she still in a brooder with a heat source.
