Vicious pecking order! please help!

Hi, i have recently noticed that 3 of my older hens have become more and more aggressive towards one of my newly laying Rhode island reds. My little waffles (the red) has been frequently tormented by the older chickens ( 2 barred plymouth rocks and a white leghorn) and it seems that they keep becoming more and more violent. She is smaller than the rest of the chickens, but gets along fine with her "group". Please help as soon as possible.

I pulled my 2 meanies for days/week at a time to change the pecking order.Before that I had 3 meanies that I actually rehomed.

im sorry, i am fairly new at raising chickens, what does "pulled" mean?

Pulled- quarantined, isolated or removed from the flock.

Theory is when you pull a mbr of the flock for about a week, they lose their place in the pecking order. Once things are reestablished, the newly reintroduced mbr is lower in the order and therefore less dominant or aggressive.
