Koda walked through the denning site. He sighed heavily, he was feeling lonely and really wanted a mate.

Hakota laid in the shadows, he was licking a new wound inflicted upon him by a higher ranking wolf. He was feeling down and old, he watched his son, Koda, sitting in the sun a several meters away. He sighed, thinking of his younger days.
 
Marzipan followed the wolf back to her packs den, she sat him down just out side the door as she walked into the den. Curious eyes watched from the surrounding rocks, Marzipan for the first time in his life felt scared and alone.

( sorry, I will be back in couple hours. Going out for dinner. )
