It may take a while, Javas are pretty rare these days.
There is one breeder in MO with Mottled.

In Chicago the Museum of Science & Industry always has Java chicks hatching in a large incubator/brooder. I was told a farmer brings them Java eggs to hatch for their exhibit and a short time later takes the chicks back with him. I would imagine the breeder is not far from the museum. Maybe they would give some info out about him.

Occasionally there are some mottled Javas among the others. The chicks always attract a crowd - it's my favorite exhibit and I always have to see them.
