Was this egg fertile?

I got two dozen eggs for hatching from a guy off craigslist and day 6 none of them have developed. I cracked open one and this is what the yolk looks like. I have a loose understanding that there should be a bulls eye if it was fertilized but it's still not clear to me what I'm looking at. It looks like a white dot with a yellow hallo. That's not right... Right?
Well I leave it to your expert opinions: fertile or infertile?

Looks fertilized. Could tell better if you crop the picture around the white spot. It should have a ring around it. Like a bulls eye

To me the egg looks infertile. After 6 days of incubation there will be some decay in the blastodisc which can sometimes make it tricky to tell but to me it looks infertile.

If it Truly is fertilized, what could have happened? There should be SOME development by day 6 right? Does it indicate that he may have refrigerated them or something?

Thank you everyone. I just sent the guy an email to let him know. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't know but hopefully giving him a heads up can save someone else the disappointment of hand turning two dozen infertile eggs.
