Hi, one of my 3 year old Bovan brown was acting lethargic the other day. She was also pooping just water with a tiny bit of poop in it. Just picking her up made water come out both ends of her. I also felt her crop was impacted so i isolated her, gave her water and yogurt and a little bit of food that I had soaked along with canestin to prevent any sour crop. Within 3 days she perked up and the clog was gone but she still had watery poop but since I had restricted her food and watered it down I thought it would be normal. The next day her poop were a bit more consistant but today its back to just water. I recently merged two flocks together after quarantining the new ones but this ment i had to move everyone to grower feed. I was thinking maybe the food switch caused all this but no other hen are having any issues. Any ideas would be appreciates. Thx!

Can you post some photos of the poop and the hen?
Does she lay eggs?

A crop problem is often a symptom of an underlying condition. Consider getting a fecal float to see if worms or coccidiosis may be part of the problem. If she's not laying eggs then a reproductive disorder may be the cause of decline and the symptoms you see.

She hasnt in a couple of days but since she is back with others, I can't tell if she is or not. I also dont have a vet that can do test these test. I will post a picture soon.

It has been raining a lot so all her droppings just look like rain. I was finally able to get a good picture today. Still pooping just water. She seems well other than that.
