Funny thing is, her vent is clean, she preens, eats fine (in fact she loves prekilled bugs I bought from distributors)I'm not a 'poop' expert like @casportpony , is but it looks like it could be 1 or 2 diseases causing the white watery poops.
1. Pullorum disease: Affected birds will huddle near a heat source, don't eat, and appear to be sleepy. Have white milky poops and may have it pasted around the vent feathers.
2. Bursal disease: Aka: Gumboro disease. Highly contagious. It has an immunosuppression affect on the lymphocytes of the bursa of Fabricius, the thymus and the spleen. Again, watery poops, loss of weight, pasty feathers around the cloaca, and vent pecking.
I recommend consulting with a vet!
