I have 14 chicks together all within week old of each other. 3 are bantys. One has always been small and not as active as others. When ever it starts to eat (which is not as often as the other chicks) the others all of the sudden seem to act as if it has found some special treat and will rush over and the little one gets pushed out of the way. It will then just stand there with head bent slightly down looking very forelorn. Also doesn't seem to be growing as much as the 2 other bantys but feathers are coming in same as others. Should I separate it with other two Bantys from rest of flock?

Yes. Try taking the little one and one other banties and seperating them. The little one will probably feel better with friends. Watch to make sure the little one is able to eat with the friends there.
When they get bigger and strong enough to fend for themselves against the bigger chicks, try putting them back together.
