week old and two days old

Can you mix week old chick's and 2 day old chicks. I have 5 week old chick's in the brooder box and just hatched out 3 more last night. Do I need to keep them separate at least for a little while?

You are usually safe mixing chicks under a month old. I mixed my two week old chicks with my day old chicks and many others do to without any issue. When you add the new chicks watch them for awhile just to be safe.
