weird hatch

Im on day 20 achick pipped from the pointy side of egg and i waited 12 hours and no zipping so i pealed the shell and still the membrane is getting harder so i removed the membrane next to his head hw is jus moving his mouth and head but not getting out what should i do

When they pip the wrong end of the egg they are missing the time between internal and external pip so they need more time. Your chick may just be not ready yet. Keep your humidity up. Assisted hatching can't be rushed, you need to take your time.
