We had a great rare breeds showcase today in Florida, and there happened to be a pen of beautiful English Orpingtons for sale... I told myself I'd only go home with some Isabel chicks I had pre-arranged to pick, but when I saw two in particular I fell in *love*. There were six in total, and I couldn't bear to only buy a pair, so.... I brought all of them home.



These two are my stand-out favorites;



(although he does have some shank feathering....wish I had seen that earlier. his temperament saves him. )

They are so BEAUTIFUL!!! I LOVE their coloring! What color are they. Mottled? English Orpingtons are so beautiful!
