What’s happening to my hen’s beak?

Just noticed that the beak of my 14 week old Easter Egger is changing. Does anyone recognise what is happening to her? Why is it happening? What should I do about it? Her behaviour hasn’t changed and she is still eating normally.

She just chipped the tip of her beak. That part regrows like your finger nails.
