What’s wrong with her foot?

I have a 12 week old Delaware and I just noticed she has some “scabs” on her feet. Is this scaly mites or just an injury ? I checked all my other chickens and everyone else is fine.

It looks like it was injured. You could swab it with Betadine, or soak the feet in warm Epsom salts, and then apply Betadine.
