What age can I put my quail chicks outside?

I have a pair of two week old quail chicks that are well feathered but I'm still unsure if there ready to go outside or not. I live in Florida and it's summer so the days average is about 80°F and nights average at 72°F. My only issue is that I don't have electric in the outdoor coop and I can't install any type of electric heater...

Yes, they can definitely handle the temps you state at this age!!

Those temps are fine for them. Kick them out and get the dust & poop out of your house.
