what am i doing wrong!

How do i get e-mail notification when someone posts on a thread i subscribe to? I have checked "immediate" thought this was correct but have ni clue what is happening on here. HELP

I think it's a bug in the system. I am having the same problem. It is so frustrating. I have to remember what I subscribed to and "FIND" that thread. I have a headache. I hope they get it figured out soon.
