What am I supposed to do with this...

Not all canned milk is simply evaporated.

Sweetened condensed milk has sugar added & is much thicker than straight evaporated which just has a lot of the water taken out.

You can use evaporated just like refrigerated milk - in cereal or coffee for example - by adding some water or just using it straight from the can.

I cannot even think about ice cream in this weather - Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Someone on here had a post about making ice cream using snow.
I guess that would be one positive thing about Winter.
 
I'd be making bread pudding, myself. And probably tuna noodle casserole.

Any casserole that used milk or cream will work. Treat it like cream, thin it a little if milk is called for.
