What Are They?

Hatcheries don't usually sell mixed breed birds, but these aren't any pure breed. There's nothing with clean legs, five toes, black feathers and dark shanks.

They do look like pullets at this point.

What mix could they be?
 
Unfortunately the employee that seperated the loads into the bins doesnt know their breeds. These are not silkies. Silkies do not have normal feathers. They stay fluffy. These also do not have a silkie tophat. The skin color and toe count would make you think they are and maybe that is what the employee based it on, but im going to guess it is some type of cross
