What breed and gender please

The first one is a Production Red, and the second one is probably a Black Australorp. I'm thinking both are cockerels, especially the first one.

Thanks everyone. A friend sold me three bantams and three standards as chicks but didn't know what they where. She had hatched 60 eggs that had been collected from three different local farms so it was a bit of a mystery!

Since everyone did so good helping identify the first to here is one more? Harder to get a picture of this one, it's a little more flighty!

I'd guess female because of the comb and also your description of flightiness. My pullets have always seemed more flighty than my cockerels. I did have one hen named rooster, however...
