I don't know what either one is BUT, the rooster looks like a collection of parts and colors from different breeds. Looks like he has 4 toes on one foot and 3 on the other (maybe photo just isn't clear) one light leg one darker.

Light Brahma? She has clean legs... I was thinking Columbian Wyandotte since she has yellow legs and they are clean.

The hen looks like a Colombian colored Wyandotte to me. Rose comb, bright yellow legs, hefty body shape, those all spell Wyandotte.
