Very pretty bird! It looks like a young Oriental boy to me...I think I see some pointed saddle feathers? I can't be sure however. Can you take a couple more pictures, maybe a bit closer and a couple different angles? A picture from above looking down on its back, and one of it's face so the crest can be seen close up would be helpful
