Hi there! I'm back yet again on this thread, but this time it's about my roo. :)
A couple months ago a lone and mangy looking rooster wandered into my family's driveway with a rope around his foot. We asked around the neighborhood, but no one knew where he came from. We have no clue what breed he is, but after he gained a bit of weight and his feathers started growing in, we noticed he had them on his legs/feet too. His beak/comb is a darkish black and some of his feathers are red or black with tints of green. Any help is appreciated! :D (Tried to get as many different angles as I could)

I agree with sourland. I also think he may have a bit of Silkie blood, too. That would account for the dark comb/face and the trace of a beard he has. Looks like he needs a bit of TLC, poor thing.
Very possible! I'm not sure what kind of conditions he was in to make him look like that, but I think with some time and a good diet he'll start looking a bunch better. :love
Edit:
Two very grainy "before" pictures of how he looked when we found him. (Why my camera is so bad is beyond me.) Lots of improvement since! :D
