I acquired this pretty girl a few months ago and I completely forgot what breed she is. She just started laying white eggs. & Funny story.. she accidentally found her way into the house when I first got her. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Congratulations, you've got a brown leghorn, aka one of the best egg laying breeds out there! (And one of the best breeds out there in general IMO)

Thank you!! Any hints on how to have her become more sweet? Sheā€™s skittish with me but I got her when she was already grown so thereā€™s that.. my other girls are friendly and cuddly.

Generally, Leghorns are as a breed, more skittish so don't blame yourself for that
They are also known to be flighty, as @JacinLarkwell said, so don't push her too much

You can start by hand feeding her some treats, and go from there, but keep in mind it might not work, and it will certainly not work to the degree of your other hens
