The one on the left is a Dominique rooster, the one on the right is a gold laced Wyandotte hen.
Are you sure about the rooster? The rooster should be the same breed as the pullet! He doesn't have the fellers at the tail but they will grow! Also they are "mini" breed doesn't grow big. The pullet is about six months old, I don't know about the rooster.
 
They're separate breeds. By mini do you mean they are bantams? They look regular size to me, but it's hard to tell in a photograph.
I'm not sure what bantam means. Another photo with my learge rooster. Is the large one wyandotte?

What country are you located in? There are many more varieties outside the US. The rooster looks to be a Red Wyandotte and the smaller ones a Barred and Gold Laced Wyandotte Bantams :)
I am from Kosovo. But the origin of the breed should be from Germany. I think should be this

That looks right for the black-and-white one.

For the other one, yours is black and gold, while the one in the photo is white (not black) and red (darker than gold.) So probably a different variety there.
