What breed of coturnix are these? Thanks!

These are all coturnix. There are no different breeds of coturnix, but there are colour variations. The first one appears to be white, the second a rosetta and the last pharaoh.

Just out of curiosity, what are you feeding them? Their feathers look kind of rough, so I'm wondering if they're getting enough protein.
 
Opps I am sorry. I feed them mealworms twice a day,with Higgins protein egg food. They are 4 weeks old!
No worries on getting gender mixed up. Hard to tell online.

I looked up the feed, and it is nowhere near enough protein for your quail. Supplementing with mealworms isn't going to make up the lack. If you can't get gamebird starter, can you get turkey starter? Your birds are going to start showing more health issues as they grow if they don't start getting some proper feed.

Contains a source of live (viable) naturally-occurring microorganisms.
Crude Protein - Min. 14.5% This is about half of the protein they need.
Crude Fat - Min. 6.0%
Crude Fiber - Max. 2.0%
Moisture - Max. 8.0%
Methionine - Min. 0.5% This is also low for gamebirds
