I’m not very good with marans I’ve dabbled in a few splash marans and that’s it lol

I've only had them 4 years now, and within the last year or so really trying to get serious so no genius by any means myself.
That's why I'm usually spotted in so many Marans threads. Trying to soak in new knowledge and add insight (hopefully correct) when I can. Gotta start somewhere...

I’m starting to work with my Cochins and get some really good chicks from them. I mostly have the marans because I like the egg color and they do well in my local show
