What breed?

I got these at atwoods and the guys had no idea what kind they are or how old they are. Age really doesn't matter to me. But I can't find anything on the internet that looks like them. Please help.
They have black feathers on their feet and heads look fluffy slightly instead of slick looking feathers.

Frizzled Cochin bantams. The first picture is a cockerel, the two after that look like it may be a cockerel as well. 4th picture looks like a pullet so far.
