What color?

I have white silkies and wanted to add some more colors. So for valentines day I got 2 4 month old black silkie chicks. But are they both black?

Nope, that lighter chick is definitely blue. The black one could be blue as well (they vary a lot). Breed those two together and you'll get blue and black chicks, if one is blue and the other black. If they're both blue, you'll get blue, black and splash babies
