What did you do in the garden today?

My yard is frozen, which is an improvement to the mud pit it was last week ( I NEED french drains, and new carpet)! The only negative is I can't go through my worm bin to look for survivers, the plan is to bring some inside so if conditions outside ever cause them to die I still have some indoors to repopulate the bins! Wish I had thought of that earlier!!

When it warms up the plan is to do raised garden beds with compost, both our own and free from the city than plant in early February!

I thought it was normal to keep a bag full of seeds in the fridg and add to it every season. lol

I just put seeds in my compost and hope they grow LOL

So today I admitted that my seed collection had outgrown the cigar box. I graduated it to a 9x13x2 inch box with a latch, and I perused the packets. It's gonna be fun year!!!

Didn't have to do much today thanks to the rain. I finally started my worm farm, very happy about that.
Here's how everythings coming along so far.





Unfortunately heilothis has got into the corn and tomatoes. Hopefully I'll be able to do something about this.

5 days or precipitation & cold
2 days even threatening with winter precipitation....nothing doing this week

Will be working on a replant at a commercial location though. Colorful pansies & violas
