What do I do for a broken toe?

One of my Buff Orp pullets jumped off the top of the nesting box console and snagged her toe on something I had sitting on top. I moved the hazard, but she was dangling upside down and her toe was bent completely forward. I gently pushed it back into place, it sounded like it dislocated at the socket. She's walking on it, but limping. I'm not sure if it's broken or sore. What should I do? I watched her do it when I tucked them into bed, so she was only dangling maybe 5 seconds before I saved her.

Thanks.

My rooster Sparkle has a broken toe, he broke it at about 3 months old. It doesn't give him any trouble other going sideways and looking really odd. It healed on it's own as trying to tape it or mess with it caused him more pain than his figuring out how to walk on it by himself.
