What Do I Do With Quail Eggs?

Okay, my quail are wonderful at laying but what do I do with all these little eggs? I would eat them as I do my chicken and guinea eggs but it seems like it would take a lot of work and a lot of eggs to make a meal.

Well I like to use quail eggs to make cup cakes, just use the same weight in quail eggs as you would chicken eggs you can find out how much the average medium chicken egg weighs etc on google.
