a cabinet incubator?

I have an old printer cabinet that is enclosed except where the cords should run out. It has a fan near the top but if I remember correctly, it didn't work.

I will get pictures of it tomorrow when there is daylight as the room it is in is not well lit.

I just need to know what I need to buy to make it work. I would like a list from cheapest to best to make it work properly. Thanks.

Please forgive any mess you see, this cabinet is in my walkout basement and my daughter was living down there and left a mess. I haven't been down there since she left until today.

Inside top, slit for paper to come through, port for cord.

Fan inside top, doesn't work.

Right side of cabinet.

Left side of cabinet with fan port. Back of cabinet with 2 ports for electric cords.

This cabinet is very heavy. I don't know if it would need more insulation but any comments on how to make it into an incubator or even an incubator/brooder combo will be appreciated.
