What gender is this 9 week old Easter egger

Hen all the way,sometimes a dominate hen will crow especially if there is no roo. If it where a roo the waddle would be more visible at this stage.
Easter Eggers don’t have wattles because of the beard. The comb is huge and bright red and it has red leakage on the shoulders/wings, a male specific pattern. It is 100% a male.

Not with a pea comb. The pea comb gene makes both the comb and wattles be smaller than they otherwise would be.

And not with a beard. The beard gene also makes the wattles smaller, plus the beard feathers hide what wattles do exist.

I agree with the people who say the bird in the first post is a cockerel.
