What gender is this mille fleur?

I have a little mille fleur bantam that is 3 months old (almost to the day!) and she/he is just so gender confused! I have pictures of his sister (who is definitely a pullet) and his half brother, who is 2 weeks younger. So what gender is he/she?

Look like a pullet to me, and they are d'Uccles, Mille Fluer is their color, not the name of the breed.
