What Gender?!

So this one is crazy. Theres no way I can get closer pictures. This brabanter is around 12+ weeks. No crow where as the other chick that it was raised with is a few days younger and crowing.
Can you help me?!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I'm seeing a cockerel (though the pictures are rather far away). Is there any way you could get pictures of the saddle/hackle plumage?

Cockerel.

I have had some crow as young as 4 weeks and others not until 30+ weeks. It's completely an individual things as to when they will crow and how much.

Aside from his big red waddles and cocky stance... being laced, the boys get splotchy bards on their wing instead of nice lacing pattern. Yours has the male patterns for lacing.
