What is a Showgirl???

They look like a turkin/silkie/frizzle mix to me.... WHAT are they? Do they always have blue skin? Show me some PICS!

They were originally a cross between a turken and a Silkie. Today they look like Silkie with naked necks, and their quality ranges from very good to very bad.

This was one of mine. I don't have her anymore, wish I had kept this one. She was very sweet.

They are a naked neck silkie. cross between naken neck turken and silkie. It took generations to get thhere quility this good. It can easily get messed up if breed wrong way. they have to bredd silkie with showgirl to keep the good geens going.

Yes they always have dark skin and 5 toes. they have no frizzle in them. unless some one crosses them with a frizzle cochin which can mess up the showgirl geen, but i would love to see that. LOL

I always wondered why people like them. And why people like turkens. No offence to all the naked neck lovers out there. But they are ugly in my eyes. Their non feathered necks creep me out.
