What is she?

Well she is just absolutely adorable irregardless! What's her name?
We named her Lulu. My neighbor didn't want her and she was gifted to him along with a black serama. She's suppose to be pure whatever she is, from a breeder. She's so tame and she's so gentle. She scratches to be picked up, yells at the front door to be let out or in. She's slightly bigger than a serama and smaller than our old english girls. We love her.

Well that is just perfect! I love her too- and think Lulu is a great name for her. What a wonderful story of how she ended up at the perfect forever home! ♥️

Do you know what breeds the breeder she came from has? She could be a Buff Sebright, though those are pretty rare.

Sebrights are laced and have a more vertical body shape, especially in the tail, and they do not have pink legs. The OP's bird cannot be a Sebright due to that.
There are Buff Sebrights that aren't laced, I've seen them around very infrequently. The pink legs does rule that breed out though.

Sorry this comes so late. I didn't think of a seabright! From what I can gather she came from a breeder farm here in town. However I don't speak Spanish and it's hard to get my questions through and his answers back. So as far as I know, she's a purebred. But what breed? Haven't a clue. I really appreciate all the answers. I'd love to know what she is. I found out she was picked from a flock that was in a field. Then brought to my neighbor who didn't want her. What is so surprising is that she's so gentle and comes right up to be held. She scratches the floor and looks up. So of course I pick her up and she falls asleep. She's adorable.

Sebrights only come in Golden-Laced and Silver-Laced, not Buff as they always have to be laced. They also have an upright breast, vertical tail and slate legs. Your bird is not even remotely close to a Sebright.

She did. We all love her. So I'm going to accept that she's a buff seabright. She doesn't have the lacing but it doesn't matter. She's perfect how she is.
