What is the breed and gender of these chickie babies?

Hey There, just wondering what breed and gender these chicks are?
Sold to me as sussex but not entirely sure, they are around 5 weeks at the moment.

The 1st one is a pullet and the 2nd is a cockerel.The first one looks a bit like a Blue Orpington while the second looks like a mix.

The first looks like a Lavender Orpington and the second could very well be a Jubilee Orpington, although they are rare in the US, although I'm not sure about in Australia
