What is this breed?

I went to Tractor Supply and picked up this cutiepatutie. She was in the bin with Isa Browns and Cinnamon Queens. Nope Nope nope. Not with those feathered feet. She is now about 5 weeks old. Any ideas? The other bins had straight run Bantams and Golden Comets.

TSC is notorious for mixing up their chicks. I've seen some odd mix-ups like Barred Rocks in a bin if Wyandottes and Naked Necks marked as Red Sex links.

It makes sense because they did have a bin of mixed bantams. I got a white Silkie out of that bin. Most people didn't know they had Silkies because they are yellow. The girl working there figured it out because she noticed the extra toe.

My situation is almost identical to yours. Our TS had ISA brown pullets 3 days ago and I came home with 3 ISA browns and a feathered foot tiny baby too. It was the only chicks they had in the only bin they had open. I picked her because she was rhe smallest. Im trying to figure out what he/she is as well. Did your little one look like this when you first brought it home by chance?
