What is this?!?!?

Can someone please tell me what is going on with my birds.. Please look at the pictures included and tell me what you think.
just got them from Tractor Supply and they were like this.

They may have ben pecked by others. Their TSC home may have been a bit too warm or too crowded, or not kept well stocked with food or water. Also, new chicks tend to look a bit "moth eaten," just from the irregularity of their feathers coming in.

Anyone have any idea what breed these are? The store had no idea...

I don't know for sure, at all, but they look to me like they might be Cornish X, or what is knows as meat chickens, meant to be butchered around 8 to 12 weeks. If so, they grow very fast and require different feeding, so you'd of course want to know this now.. You can read about them in the Meat Birds forum, if that is what they are
