what do you think

It is not an Ameraucana. It is a Wellsummer pullet. Instead of laying blue eggs as Ameraucanas do, she will lay chocolate eggs (dark brown eggs).

Thats tracter supply for you

I'm sorry you didn't get what you wanted, however Wellsummers are good hens and she will likely outlay an Ameraucana. Also, if you can get an Ameraucana rooster at some point to breed with her, their offspring will be Easter Eggers (specifically Olive Eggers which lay Olive colored eggs). Just make sure that you get a genuine Ameraucana and not an Easter Egger, which is a hybrid produced by crossing Ameraucanas with other breeds (such as Wellsummers) to produce hens that lay eggs in different colors (olive, green, beige, and even pale pink or gold). Be aware that you will not be able to get true Ameraucanas from most hatcheries. They frequently sell chickens that are marketed as either Araucanas (which are tailess blue egg layers) or Ameraucanas (frequently misspelled Americana or Americauna), but are in fact Easter Eggers.
