What is wrong with this chicken's neck?

Alright, so this chicken has been doing this occasionally for the past two years and I have no clue what is up with her. Anybody got a clue? Sometimes she'll get herself stuck like this just by looking too far up, and sometimes she won't.

It's called star gazing. It is neurological, and may be caused by nutrient deficiency or malabsorption. You might try giving her some vitamin E, or some Poultry Nutri-drench. I am not a vet, and am not qualified to give this advice, but that's what I'd try. If she's otherwise acting normal, you don't need to cull her. But, if she seems to be suffering, I'd consider culling her.
