Have you tried switching them to a good layers mash and offering them something calcium rich, like crushed oyster shells. I know I switched my silkies to a Purina layer mash that has the oyster shells included in it, and it seems to have helped. I agree with everyone else they just may not be ready to lay yet.

Look like Easter Eggers to me. The blue eggs is nice though.

Looks like the partridge Cochin I had

It's definatly not a partrige Cochin.
A Cochin has feathered feet and it should have more "poof" in its tail.
Here's one of my partridge cochins

The hens in that picture are still young but you can see they have a different colour to the bird in question,
And you can see their feathered feet.
