The one with the dark bill looks to have the Muscovy bean tip on it;s bill, can't see it on the other one does it have one too, maybe just be the pic. sure are cuties. Welcome to BYC!

I was told when I got him that he was a "roven" but when I google it all that I can find is Rouen. Any ideas?

Somebody spelled Rouen wrong when they spelled it roven. your duckling looks more like a magpie or ancona though, those 2 breeds confuse me so look them up and see which one fits your ducklings bill so to speak. [pardon the pun... sure is a cutie. Welcome to BYC.

Agree with Miss Lydia, these look to be muscovy babies the one with the pink bill will likely be white, the other looks like it might be a black barred

It is possible that it's a rouen cross, definitely not pure. Most pekin mixes (can be mixed with rouens, khakis, welsh, anconas, etc) end up similarly patterned. White with random spotting or patches. They can easily be mistaken for an ancona or magpie but the body shapes and sizes, markings, and head/bill shapes usually determine if it's a cross or not

That's the same duckling, one on left looks brown one on right looks black but looks to be a Runner Duck.
Not sure on the other one could be a mix but sure is pretty. both are.
