What kind of Roo is this?

Thank you!! So far he's quite the gentleman-he's shy and I've only see him mate once. I'm planning on getting 4 more girls if he doesn't do his job within the next week or so. I will unload picture in the morning. Thank you!
It's good that you don't see him mating all the time. Hens get stressed, slow down laying and feather loss on backs is due to over mating. He's doing his job I'm sure of it.

Wait a few days then check an egg for fertility. Takes into the next cycle of making egg for them to be fertile. If you don't know what to look for in the egg yolk do a search at top of page here on BYC there's a good thread with many photos.
