What should I do with the eggs?

I have 2 silkie hens and one rooster. My hens have been laying in the same nesting area. I counted 9 eggs this morning. They are not brooding! Do I take the eggs away? I'm new to this and have never hatched baby chicks before. It's also getting cool here at night. Winter will be coming soon.

Take the eggs and eat them. next spring, you'll probably have a hen go broody and you can give her eggs to hatch then. This winter, just go ahead and collect the eggs and eat them.
