What time of day do hens lay?

I only have 3 girls. Clucky and Stinky ALWAYS lay before 9 am, and always in the nest box. Tucky never lays at the same time of day, and hardly ever uses the nest box. They are all three the same breed, ISO browns, so you tell me the rhyme and reason. LOL!!
