It’s pouring here today and working inside and see some water bleed on window trim inside coop.
Note: I have not yet caulked or painted around window.

Structurally, around the window, will caulking prevent this or am I missing something I should do for water bleeding inside?

I think it may be how it is mounted.....

This is mine....note that my window does not sit inside the opening but rather overlaps the window trim...

You will have to forgive the in process pic. I lost most of my pics when BYC upgraded. This coop is actually more than 5 years old now. Never a leak even in driving rain.
There are actually 11 windows on this coop.

Good point. Also....house (human) have window sills that are sloped to prevent water pooling.
I saw I could do that after I built it ugh but it does have 12” roof overhang above but so much rain and this is a large window

That is a lot of windows...looks amazing

If water is sitting on the exterior widow sill, and could cause wood rot, you might want to add some flashing before you caulk.
Thank you! I did pull off the trim yesterday and added liquid flashing. Will put trim back on and caulk a lot!
