What to feed 4wk ducklings

Hello,
I am so confused by all the different websites about what to feed my ducklings at the 4wk stage.
I have them on Organic 18% starter grower crumbles.
1. How long do they stay on grower crumbles?
2. Is 18% protein good to maintain until adults?
3. I grew a lot of sweet corn, we have shucked it and milled it into a meal/crumble consistency, Can I feed them some of that as a treat?

i recommend feeding all flock their whole life. just add niacin for the first 3 months to make sure they grow right. but it has everything else that they need
