What type of chickens are these?

Next to nothing is known about where these came from (a family friend took them in and contacted us)

I have no clue what type of chickens these are but they seem to be grown. Bonus points if you can tell if there a roo or hen ...

Five in total
1 grayish/lavender
2 black with red comb
1 black with black comb
1 red Splashed (I think it may be a roo)

I appreciate the feedback! It did cross my mind momentarily that they very well all may be roos hence why they were left...but I was being hopeful 😂

They’re incredibly docile and sweet natured. They have a home for the mean time anyway since my daughters are over the moon about them lol... but I have an aunt who just lost a few silkies so I’ll try and send a few of these her way. Thanks again!

You did a good thing in taking them in. Hope you can find good homes for them all.
