What's going on with Stubbs the 2 week old Cuckoo Marans' wings?

Stubbs just turned two weeks old and was sexed as a female. Her wing feathers have grown in much more slowly than the others in our mixed batch of five chicks and at an odd upwards angle. The others (ameraucanas, a barred rock, and a speckled sussex) all have started growing some tail feathers but Stubbs still has a nice fluffy downy bum. Have any of you seen anything like this before? I haven't in my five years of raising chicks. Wondering if she's a he, if the wings are malformed, or maybe she's just feathering in slow. I'm new to the Marans breed.

Other than the strange wing feathers Stubbs is eating, playing, and growing happily. He's some pictures of the little guy

I don't see anything concerning. Marans are said to be hard feathered, so perhaps that has something to do with it. Time will tell if it's a male. I don't believe that marans can be sexed by feathering rate like a few other breeds. You could try a daily treat of scrambled eggs. They seem to help chicks feather faster for me so I feed them to my young birds.
